As our nursery continues to flourish, we are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking SEND Practitioner to join our fantastic team at Eaton Mill Nursery. We are an equal opportunities provider which welcomes applications from applicants who have an Ofsted recognised NVQ Level 2/3 or higher in childcare or an equivalent qualification.

As a SEND Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing targeted support, inspiring and caring for children with additional needs. You will work closely with our SENCO and key workers to implement tailored support plans and interventions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with children, parents and professionals and a sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and the SEND Code of Practice. Experience of using the assessment tool Tapestry is beneficial however full training will be given to the right candidate.

The working hours are 35 hours per week, term time only. The core hours of the Nursery are 8.30am to 3.30pm.
