Due to our rapidly increasing numbers, we are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking Nursery Key Worker to join our fantastic team at Eaton Mill Nursery. We are an equal opportunities provider which welcomes applications from applicants who have an Ofsted recognised NVQ Level 2/3 or higher in childcare or an equivalent qualification.

As a Nursery Key Worker you will be responsible for inspiring and caring for a small group of children, carrying out all related duties. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with children, parents and professionals and a sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS. Experience of using the assessment tool Tapestry is beneficial however full training will be given to the right candidate.

The working hours are 35 hours per week, term time only. The core hours of the Nursery are 8.30am to 3.30pm.
